Teen Skills Classes

If you or someone you know is in a life threatening emergency
or in immediate danger of harming themselves, please call 911

We all know getting through the teenage years can be ROUGH! Our classes give teens a fun, supportive, judgment-free space to come together and support one another while learning how to navigate through general life struggles, depression, and/or suicide. We also pair each class with a fun activity! We are always outside in nature when the weather allows! Each class is unique and stands on its own. You can join the classes at any point!

Mental Health and Wellness Professionals from around our community will teach important skills on many different topics, such as:

  • Coping with struggles, depression and/or suicidal ideations
  • Self-esteem building
  • Skills to keep your mood balanced
  • How to change negative self-talk
  • Why am I like this....

When: Mondays 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Where: The location varies each week to facilitate our nature or activity portion of the class. Weather dictates whether the class is inside or outside. Be sure to check this page for locations!

Age: 12-17 years old

Cost: Each class is $15. For a limited time, you can purchase 4 classes for $50. That's a $10 savings!!

**All teens must have our parental consent form signed before attending the class. Any questions, please call Angela at 801-386-3592 or email!
