We all know getting through the teenage years can be ROUGH! Our classes give teens a fun, supportive, judgment-free space to come together and support one another while learning how to navigate through general life struggles, depression, and/or suicide. We also pair each class with a fun activity in nature, such as a small hike (suited for every fitness level) or animal therapy in the park.

Each class is unique and stands on its own. You can join the classes at any point!
When: Mondays 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Dates for August 7, 14, 21, and 28th.
Where: The location varies each week to facilitate our nature portion of the class. Weather dictates whether the class is inside or outside. You can meet us at the class location (which will be listed here to the right) or we can pick up & drop off teens that live in the Salt Lake Valley for $5. Age: 12-17 years old
Cost: Each class is $15. For a limited time, you can purchase 4 classes for $50. That's a $10 savings!!

Reach provides free QPR Suicide Prevention classes to the public!. We empower people to make a difference in the life of someone they know. Our classes will teach you how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to offer hope, and how to get help and save lives! There is help and there is hope!
You can sign up for notifications of our classes by going to our Volunteer Activities page and fill out the form for notifications. Our classes are appropriate for teens, parents, families, youth groups, leaders, teachers, and anyone else who would like to attend.
