Reach Classes

Teen Support and Suicide Prevention

Suicide Prevention Resources:

We all know getting through the teenage years can be ROUGH! Our classes  give teens a fun, supportive, judgment-free space to come together and support one another while learning how to navigate through general life struggles, depression, and/or suicide. We also pair each classes with a fun activity in nature, such as a small hike (suited for every fitness level) or animal therapy in the park.

Mental Health and Wellness Professionals from around our community will teach important skills on many different topics, such as:

  • Coping with struggles, depression and/or suicidal ideations
  • Talking about depression with others and understanding hurtful responses.
  • Self-esteem building
  • Skills to keep your mood balanced
  • Helping yourself and others through service
  • How to change your trigger reactions
  • What resources are available to youth
  • and so much more!

Each class is unique and stands on it's own. You can join the classes at any point!
