Getting through the teenage years can be ROUGH! Our classes and activities give teens a laid-back, supportive, & judgment-free space to socialize and learn how to navigate through life's struggles. Classes are FREE!!
Each class is taught by a mental health or wellness professional. Class and activity examples: emotional regulation, coping skills, self-esteem building, body & mind health, animal therapy, meditation, crafts, painting, Tai Chi, and more!
